Half of the applications submitted for the energy-efficiency refurbishment of social housing are unfunded. “We need new funds,” says the chair of the bodies that manage the housing. The three tenders concerning the former Palasharp, San Romanello and Bovisasca areas, which were due on 26 August, received no bids. Palazzo Marino has announced a further extension to 26 October. This is a welcome move for the construction sector, but not enough to alter the assessment of a plan deemed inadequate.
