The leader of Reform UK has won the by-election in Clanton, but he is not yet out of the woods. The ball is now back in the investigators’ court; they will question him and, if they find evidence of irregularities, refer the matter to the Committee on Parliamentary Standards. And from there, the matter could go back to the ballot box
