Luca goes to visit Gianluca in hospital but is deeply shaken. Nor is he on speaking terms with Alberto. Manuela misses her father and, despite Serena’s advice, eventually picks up her phone and texts him. The tenth-anniversary celebration of Mariella and Sasà’s friendship ends in an argument, but even this somewhat theatrical story comes across as quite plausible. (a.d.)
