A Place in the Sun: Gianluca’s despair and Ornella’s new romance

Gianluca catches Alberto and Anna together and realises everything. In despair, he goes to Luca’s house, where Luca, Rossella and Giulia try to comfort him. Alberto also arrives, but is kept out at the door. The damage is now done; the only question is how the boy will react. Rossella, however, has to leave for the conference, even though she is shaken and would like to stay close to her friend. Manuela and Nico meet the psychologist who is to look after Gimmy for the first time, but here too the problem is how to break the news to him, whilst the boy is becoming increasingly sullen and withdrawn. Ornella, on the other hand, has completely recovered from her meeting with her classmate, so much so that she cannot help but tell Viola everything. This time, however, her distance from Raffaele has nothing to do with it. She is genuinely captivated by this man. (a.d.)
