Sigfrido’s return to Rome

The event is scheduled for next Monday, 7 September. It will be Sigfrido Ranucci’s first public appearance in Rome following the controversy surrounding his removal as presenter of Report. He will be a guest at Visionaria 2026, the festival organised by the Garbatella civic left—comprising Rome’s Councillor for Culture Massimiliano Smeriglio, the president of the municipal district Amedeo Ciaccheri and regional councillor Claudio Marotta—to present his book. During the week of the event – from 7 to 13 September – several other meetings and presentations will take place, featuring guests including, amongst many others, Mayor Roberto Gualtieri, Fausto Bertinotti, Massimo Giannini, activists from the Sumud Flotilla and the occupiers of Spin Time.
