The military prosecutor’s office is investigating military personnel who are members of Futuro Nazionale

The Military Public Prosecutor’s Office in Rome, headed by Marco De Paolis, has launched ‘preliminary investigations’ in relation to a complaint lodged by the Military Trade Union against General Roberto Vannacci, president of Futuro Nazionale, national coordinator Massimiliano Simoni and programme director Lorenzo Gasperini, alleging the re-establishment of the fascist party in breach of the Scelba Law. The work of the Military Public Prosecutor’s Office “relates to the position of members of the Armed Forces,” explains the prosecutor in a statement, “within the organisational structure of Futuro Nazionale”. The aim of the prosecutors is to verify “whether there are any facts falling strictly within their jurisdiction in relation to persons subject to military jurisdiction”.
